Get to know yourself – with a small inclination profile and THREE introductory or counseling sessions (1 – 1 1/4 hours each).

It is also very helpful for your communication in all contexts.
Very suitable as a first impulse, for example, if you are thinking about a professional reorientation or why certain relationships are sometimes difficult.
Optional: Package well suited for possible continuation afterwards with a coaching and/or mentoring program with ‘Red Thread’ Coaching.

This package introduces you to the Team Management Profile (TMS) – a powerful model with numerous benefits – as a basis for accepting yourself better and developing yourself further, as well as understanding others and their ‘language’ better. Excellent for professional contexts and as a basis for possible professional reorientation; also for understanding and improving relationships.
In addition to the workshops, you will receive a complete TMS inclination profile with YOUR own personal profile and all the relevant information – as a PDF and, on request, also as a paper version.

Package starts with preliminary guiding questions. Then we start with clarifying the situation in the first round (and further “homework”).
The two further rounds are intended for deepening, for understanding your own situation and for tips and “nuggets” (tricks and small practice-oriented and proven approaches) for finding solutions.
Very suitable for getting to know Red Thread Coaching. For issues from the professional field and generally for decisions or reorientation in life. Also for relationship issues (including “with yourself”!) and other challenges in life.
The process/support can, of course, be continued afterwards by arrangement!
